Annual SMC Trivia Night

St. Mary of Carmel Catholic School is excited to present our annual Trivia Night! This evening of food, friends, and fun will test your trivia knowledge. Gather a group of friends to form a team of 8, or sign up solo to make new friends! Each team will compete in 5 rounds of trivia questions to determine our reigning Trivia Champion!

More than just a great time, Trivia Night is a vital fundraiser that helps St. Mary of Carmel continue providing a quality Catholic education to our families. Each year, we honor individuals who have made a lasting impact on our school community with the Saint and Scholar Award, recognizing their dedication and service.

This annual St. Mary of Carmel Catholic School (SMC) event directly supports operations at SMC, helping us maintain our commitment to a quality, Catholic education for our students that is accessible regardless of socioeconomic status.

Saints And Scholars Award 2026

Mary Ann and Max Wernick have been beloved pillars of the St. Mary of Carmel community for many years, embodying the spirit of our mission through every act of service and kindness. As dedicated board members, they have selflessly given their time, energy, and hearts to support our school’s growth and success. Even after their official board service, Mary Ann and Max remain tireless advocates and active participants in our daily school life, never hesitating to champion our initiatives and rally support from the broader community.

Mary Ann’s devotion shines every Tuesday when she comes to campus to teach our students about gardening. Through her gentle guidance, she helps young people develop a meaningful connection to nature and to God, sowing seeds of faith and stewardship in each lesson. Max is always by her side, working to prepare the garden and ensure it is a welcoming, nurturing space for all. Together, they pour love and care into every project, truly acting as angels among us.

As ambassadors of our mission, Mary Ann and Max not only support our families but also inspire others to join in and uplift our school. Their unwavering commitment and generosity have touched countless lives, making St. Mary of Carmel a stronger, more vibrant community. We are deeply grateful for all they do and are honored to recognize their extraordinary dedication with the Saints and Scholars Award.
